Reference Number 0000340093 Cleaning and televising approximately 51,100 lft of combined sewers ranging in size from 12" to 60" with standard CCTV equipment and 9,000 lft of 66" to 90" with Multi-Sensor Inspection equipment. The sewers are located within the public right-of-way or rear yard easements. Job Location Citywide General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certification/Training - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided by the Owner and shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, payable to the City of Ferndale for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid price. The accepted bidder shall be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. The cost of the bonds will be paid by the accepted bidder. Bids shall remain firm for a period of ninety (90) days. *The City of Ferndale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities, therein when such waiver is in the interest of the City of Ferndale, and to award the contract to other than the low bidder.
