This project consists of the removal of thirteen noncompliant curb ramps along East Elm Street and East Forest Street. Improvements consist of the installation of thirteen ADA compliant curb ramps with detectable warning domes and associated concrete tie-ins. Time and Commencement of Completion: This Construction Agreement shall commence as of the date the Agreement is fully executed by both parties (Effective Date) and shall continue through March 3, 2024, or until the Scope of Work is completed. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty consisting of a properly Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of contractor's bid proposal, without conditions, payable to the Town of Milliken. The Town of Milliken reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.
