The Ferguson-Florissant School District is requesting bids to install the Trane air cooled chiller at the STEAM Middle School/Administration building. The electric for the chiller will be installed by the Ferguson-Florissant School District licensed electrician. The chiller is due to be delivered to the District in the first week of March 2024. Please refer to the mechanical drawings and site visits for information needed to provide a complete bid. All state, county and local code requirements must be followed for the installation of this chiller. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof. proposal a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to the school district in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid submitted, as a guarantee that if awarded the contract the bidder shall promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as required. The owner shall require the successful bidder to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond prior to the execution of the contract. The bonds shall be written in the amount of 100% of the total contract price.
