The Project includes furnishing all tools, equipment, services, apparatus, facilities, transportation, labor, encroachment permits, disposal, and materials necessary and reasonably incidental to perform the specified items of work, located throughout multiple Landscape Benefit Zones and General Fund Areas in Perris, CA, including but not limited to: maintenance of all irrigation systems in a fully operational manner; maintenance of all hardscape, landscape in an attractive and healthy condition; and all drainage facilities in an unobstructed and operational manner, in strict accordance with the Specifications The Contractor shall possess and provide a copy of their Class C-27 license at the time of the contract is awarded and shall be required to maintain said license in good standing throughout the period of contract performance. The Contract Term is two fiscal years, and the successful bidder will have specified periods of time from the mandatory start date July 01, 2024 to fully complete all work. Award of Contract is expected on March 26, 2024. All Bidders will be required to hold their original bid prices, without change, for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date bids are opened, except to the extent relief is available pursuant to Public Contract Code Project Start Date:07/01/2024 Project End Date:06/30/2026 The Engineer Estimate is $183,701 for the North and Central Maintenance Areas and $300,000 for the South Maintenance Area located in the City of Perris.
