The Dolton Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for the Blackstone Park Final Design project. Work will include: site preparation, construction fencing, temporary soil erosion and sediment control measures, site removals and clearing, earthwork, excavation, and grading; storm sewer utilities, cast-inplace concrete foundations and footings, playground and fitness equipment, picnic shelter, site furnishings, interpretive signage, asphalt paving, concrete paving and barrier curb, native planting, and turf seeding. The Dolton Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals
