Hanna Housing is taking bids for floor covering replacement for 20 units plus office space. Total approximate 19,000 net square feet. Looking at 20 Mil commercial grade SPC LVT with 15-year life. This job entails doing one unit at a time of removing old flooring and underlayment, base wall board removal, prep and clean flooring then installing new underlayment and flooring, undercut all door jams, and reinstall base board We are located on Hwy 30 between Rawlins and Laramie. It is the back road to I-80 with a population of 685. Our spring is really our winter and I-80 can be closed numerous times and sometimes weeks at time. The units are duplexes. The floor plans are the same according to the number of the bedrooms. The following is the net square footage of the units and how many: 10 - 2bdrm flat 753 ea 2 - 2bdrm with stairs 723 ea 6 - 3bdrm with 2 flight of stairs 989 ea 2 - 4bdrm with 2 flight of stairs 1150 ea Office with long hall and Community 1009 We have 20 units - 19 presently occupied. We plan to rotate residents and moving all items that are on the floor into the rotated unit or a trailer until their unit is completed returning them back to their unit and going to the next. We are hoping to have at lease 2 units available - one for the rotation and another, if needed, for your personal use for we do not have a convenient motel in our area. If your bid is accept by the Housing Board on February 12th, the starting date would be April/May Which depends on the weather. Taking between a week to a week-half to complete one unit. There are no union requirements. We expect to pay up front for all the materials needed for the project with the proper invoices/receipts and thereafter your payroll as you go with a percentage of funds held back for the final completion.
