Site work for a civil project in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Kings Mountain is requesting sealed bids for "Potts Creek Sewer Improvements" located within the City Limits of Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The Project includes approximately 1,850 L. F. of 36-inch gravity sewer line, manholes, fittings and appurtenances. This project will be funded with City of Kings Mountain funds. Female and minority, owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid. Questions should be addressed to Joel E. Wood & Associates, PLLC (704) 739-2565 or email joelwood@comporium.net. The "Verifiable Percentage goal" for participation by DBE firms is 10%. Question Deadline 03/11/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
