Purchase Type: Term: 04/01/2024 - 04/01/2026 Requesting RFP for cleaning services for the 16 block Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District. The Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District (CCN BID) is seeking proposals from qualified, reliable vendors to provide daily cleaning and porter services for the public right of way. These services are expected to start on April 1, 2024. The Cherry Creek North BID is offering an initial 2-year contract. Cherry Creek North is a vibrant Denver neighborhood located at 1st Ave. and University Blvd. The 16 city block area boasts a walkable outdoor community with more than 300 businesses (Denver's highest concentration of locally owned stores), including boutique hotels, more than 65 restaurants, home furnishing stores and galleries, clothing and accessory retailers as well as numerous spas, salons, gyms and specialized personal health services, all located minutes from downtown. The CCN BID ensures that Cherry Creek North is a premier destination through day-to-day maintenance and operations, annual local and tourism marketing and advertising, merchant outreach, signature events including holidays, and other initiatives. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the Public Right of Way throughout the CCN BID by collecting ground trash, emptying and monitoring all trash receptacles, removing stickers and graffiti, regularly power washing hardscapes to remove any stains, spills or debris, regularly cleaning CCN BID outdoor furniture, monitoring overall District conditions, reporting concerns or issues to BID staff, restocking pet waste dispensers, regular inspections and cleaning of all alleyways, leaf cleanup and snow and ice mitigation. Cleaning is defined as the surfaces being clean of all foreign materials and the original surface material shows no sign of residue, trash, or other materials. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all the necessary equipment and staff needed to perform these services. Equipment may include but is not limited to, power washer, motorized carts, gum removers, backpack blowers, pan and broom, spray bottles, rags, cleaning products, shovels, trash can liners, etc. The CCN BID reserves the right to reject any proposal for any reason.
