Reference Number 0000342798 Delivery Point: Denver, CO The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit proposals relating to consulting in conjunction with DX personnel and other city partners, will assist with the RFP process by providing technical input, product research, design specifications and planning, and document review in Support of Facility upgrade of Audiovisual, Network, and Broadcast Systems for Denver 8 TV and a 10-year service equipment and systems forecasts and budget figures Needs Assessment for the Public, Education, and Government (PEG) facilities. The effective period of the contract resulting from this proposal shall be from date of City signature to and including 4/1/2024. The City and the vendor may mutually agree to renew and continue this agreement for additional periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. However, However, no renewal shall surpass 4/1/2026. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements Award Requirements - All or None Award The City reserves the right to reject any or all of your proposed modifications.
