Scope of work: Includes but is not limited to the following scopes of work: Selective Demolition of Structural Components and Finishes, Concrete and Masonry, Structural Steel Replcement and Repairs, Roof Specialties, Doors, Frames and Hardware Replacement, Gypsum Wall Board Systems, Ceramic Porcelain Tile, Interior and Exterior Paint, Toilet Accessories, Toilet Partitions, Mechanical, Electrical, Intercom upgrades, Site Lighting RFIs must be submitted on or before 2/16/2024, at 3:00pm EST A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Subcontractors Proposal, will be required for all Subcontractor Proposals exceeding $100,000.00. Payment and Performance bond will be required for all subcontract agreements that exceed $100,000.00 Proposals will be received in a sealed opaque envelope at Cooper Construction Managements office located at 354 Hiatt Drive, Suite 140, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. In accordance with The School District of Palm Beach County Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Policy, there is an established minimum 15% SBE participation goal for this project.
