Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monroe, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Monroe (the Community) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for a streetscape sidewalk project with pedestrian lighting along McDaniel Street, connecting from Childers Park to the Monroe city limits. Firms that respond to this RFQ and are determined by the Community to be sufficiently qualified, may be deemed eligible, and invited to offer a technical approach and/or possibly present and/or interview for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in the RFQ document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. The Community reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs or Technical Approach, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of the Community. Questions about any aspect of the RFQ, or the project, shall be submitted in writing via email to Jeremiah Still, (770) 267-6933, jstill@monroega.gov by 5:00pm on February 14, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
