This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa. The intent of the RFP is to solicit on-site storage units for the Lead Hazard Reduction program for the City of Council Bluffs. Question Cuttoff Date & Time: 2/2/2024 01:00:00 PM (ET) The City intends to contract with a qualified firm to provide and deliver on-site, portable, temporary storage units to an estimated 25-30 households in Council Bluffs throughout a 48-month period. It is estimated that each of these households will need to utilize a storage unit for up to 28 days. Staff members from the City Community Development Department will provide delivery addresses and request delivery and removal of the storage units as needed. Costs arising from services ordered by the City Community Development Department will be directly billed to the City. All questions are to be submitted through Electronically. All inquiries/questions regarding this RFP must be directed via the electronic submission system . Any changes or additions to the RFP will be sent via Electronically. Any other contact in reference to this RFP prior to the time of an award decision will not be addressed. Answers Posted: February 6, 2024 by 3:00 p.m Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed deadline. Incomplete submissions are automatically rejected. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same. The bid will be administered and overseen by an authorized designee of the Community Development Department.
