Deadline for Questions/requests for Clarification Monday, February 5, 2024 3:30 Pm Please Clearly Mark the Bid Envelope as Follows: Important Bid Proposal Enclosed Cagni Park North Project - Phase I Ifb No. 26-23-24 Bid Bond and Performance & Payment Bonds a 5% of the Amount of the Base Bid as a Bid Bond Must Be Included With Bid Submittal, as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Enter Into an Agreement With the City if the Bid is Accepted, and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds Will Be Required for Award of This Contract, as Further Stipulated Herein.
