Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ventura, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
McIntosh Woods State Park has a Shelter and Fish Cleaning Shelter, and Ventura Access also has a shelter. All of these structures are in need of a new roof. This project will include removing all existing roofing, new fascia boards, and new steel roofing and underlayment on the structures. The Fish Cleaning Shelter will have its skylights removed and filled-in. Ventura Access and Fish Cleaning Shelter shall be part of the base bid and McIntosh Woods Shelter as an alternate Bids must be submitted as per the General Information and Instructions to Bidders!
