The City of Homestead Procurement Department is seeking professional services from a certified/licensed contractor to provide labor and materials, for the installation of new windows for the Procurement Contract Services Department. The successful bidder will be required to possess a license to perform work on this project prior to the commencement of the project. The purpose of this Request for Quote is to establish a contract for the installation of new windows located at 450 SE 6th Avenue Homestead, FL 33030. Vendor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost (if necessary), supervision, services as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications: SHEET A-100 SITE PLAN, FLOOR PLANS, SCHEDULES, DETAILS SHEET A-101 STAIR PALNS, SECTIONS AND DETAILS Question Submission Deadline: February 2, 2024, 5:00pm
