The Project Consists of Constructing Approximately 16,305 Feet of 4-inch Pe Pipeline for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Project, State Highway 51 Widening and Resurfacing. Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be on a Unit Price Basis, With Potential Alternate Bid Items as Indicated in the Bid Form. Bid Security Shall Be Furnished in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Shall Submit Proof of Qualifications to Perform the Work as Described in the Instructions to Bidders. *Document Notes : Prospective Bidders May Examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing O F F I C E O N M O N D a Y S Through Fridays Between the Hours of 9 Am - 4 Pm Except From Noon to 1 Pm and May Obtain Copies of the Bidding Documents From the Issuing Office as Described Below. The Shipping Charge Amount Will Depend on the Shipping Method Selected by the Prospective Bidder.
