Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bids received after that time will be returned unopened. All Bids shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents. Bids will be received using the Construction Manager as Advisor delivery for a single-prime unified construction bid. Bidders shall ensure that they have obtained complete sets of Bidding Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Bids prepared by reliance on incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security shall be a certified check or bid bond. All checks and bid bonds shall be made payable to Metropolitan School District of Wayne Township. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding contract. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the Bid Form provided in the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidders shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of their contract amount before execution of contracts. Bonds shall be maintained in accordance with I.C. 36-1-12-12 and I.C. 36-1-12-14.
