Harrison Elementary School HVAC Renovation Project Install HVAC equipment that was previously purchased by owner. Install newceiling, casework and electrical system that will be replaced to accomidate newHVACsystemand other Work Bid Security shall be in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total price and delivered in a sealed envelope showing the Bidder's name and address. Bidder receiving the award shall furnish an approved one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Labor and Materials Payment Bond which cover faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to waive any informalities or errors in bidding for a period of sixty (60) days after the Bid opening. Work shall be performed under one Unified Contract. Should a successful Bidder withdraw the Bid, or fail to execute a satisfactory Contract, the Owner may then declare the Bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages. Document note: A non-refundable fee will be added for postage when necessary.
