In determining the number of days for completion of the work under this Contract, it is anticipated that work will not be performed on Saturdays, Sundays, or City holidays unless specifically approved by the City. Since day is defined as a calendar day, Saturdays, Sundays, and City holidays shall be counted as days and included in calculating the Contract time. If a Contractor wants to perform work on Saturdays, Sundays, or City holidays, the Contractor shall seek approval by making a written request to the City.
