The Contractor Shall Be Required to Furnish All Supervision, Equipment, Labor, Material, and All Applicable Licenses and Permits Necessary to Provide Maintenance and Repair Services for Backup Generators. This Shall Include, but Not Be Limited to: 1. Change Oil and Filters Annually, or Per 250 Hours (Whichever Comes First). 2. Perform Quarterly Generator Inspection Per Inspection Check List - Appendix B 3. Inspect Enclosures and Sound Attenuation Material; Repair or Replace When Applicable. 4. Maintenance Equipment Per Manufacturer Recommendations. 5. Repairs Will Be on an as-needed Basis and Subject to Hourly Rates. Bid Pricing: Please Fill Out the Generators Pricing Matrix of the Specification. Basis of Award: the Basis of Award is Based on Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder. Contract term: The initial contract term will be for 2 years and shall commence upon the issuance of a Philadelphia gas works "PGW" purchase order; with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Each "Renewal term" is exercisable, at PGW's sole decretion, as of the expiration of the initial term or current "Renewal term". Bond Notes: This Project is Subject to the Performance Bond and the Labor and Material Payment Bond, Each at 100% of the Awarded Contract Amount. His Project is Covered by the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
