The design-build team will provide turnkey architectural design, engineering design, contract administration and
construction services for the above-referenced projects. All aspects of the project from design through completion
are included in this scope of work.
The County may hire a third-party firm to provide oversight of the design-build team. The established
MWBE Goal for the Design Build team is ten (10) percent. If the established MWBE goal
is not met, Good Faith Efforts must be submitted. Indicate the total participation expected
to be obtained on this project, Design-Build team, and construction.
