Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Robbinsville, North Carolina. Working plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
As of February 23, 2024 bids were not enough. No definite date for the rebid. Site: New stand-alone, pier mounted storage shed will be placed on the site and a new stand-alone, pad mounted generator will be bid as an Alternate. Building: Minor renovations to the existing kitchen facilities and construction of a walk-in cooler and freezer addition to the north side of the building. A small section of awning will be constructed to provide weather protection immediately outside the existing exterior door to the kitchen. Request for Clarification, and questions should be submitted to the Architect no later than February 1, 2024 and any required Addenda will be issued no later than February 5, 2024. The bidder shall show such evidence by clearly displaying his or her current license number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered.
