The City of Norwalk is soliciting quotes from qualified companies for the purchase of equipment for a dog park. The items we are interested in purchasing are listed on the last page of this document. Quantities purchased will vary depending on unit prices and City budget. Vendors are encouraged to include pricing for additional items that are not listed in response form. The successful bidder shall pay for and include all federal, state and local taxes direct or indirect upon all materials; pay all fees for, and obtain all necessary permits and licenses, unless otherwise specified herein. Time of delivery is a part of the consideration and must be stated in definite terms and must be adhered to. F.O.B. Point shall be destination or freight charges must be stated Each item shall be separately bid. Prices should be stated in units specified herein. All applicable charges must be quoted; charges on invoice not quoted herein will be disallowed All quotations submitted to the City of Norwalk shall remain firm for at least 90 days The City of Norwalk reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bids. Contractor and its subcontractors must pay not less than the prevailing wage to all workers. (Labor Code Sections 1771 and 1774 and Title 8, California Code of Regulations, Section 16100(c)). No person, including Contractor and its subcontractors at any tier, may take or receive any portion of a workers' wage or accept a fee in connection with a public works project as prescribed under Labor Code Sections 1778 and 1779.
