** As of 03/08/2024, Department of State Hospitals intends to award the following contractor(s): 1. AKP Technology, Inc. dba AKP Boiler Tech for $76,073.64 Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to: provide the DSH with the installation of a hot water heat exchanger in the CTW West Basement. Additional pre bid meeting note: Notwithstanding part (i) below, all bidders must attend the conference to have their bids considered responsive and responsible. Bidders who wish to attend the conference must notify Brandon Iledan via e-mail at brandon.iledan@dsh.ca.gov or via fax at (562) 929-1054 by 3:00 p.m. on February 12, 2024. This notification must include the first and last name of the proposed attendee, as well as business name and contact information. Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at brandon.iledan@dsh.ca.gov and Jaime.Rodriguez@dsh.ca.gov if they need clarification about the services being sought or have questions about the IFB instructions or requirements.
