The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) is seeking to obtain the services of a vendor to provide Audiovisual Implementation Services for their newly acquired 15,861 RSF office space located on the 8th floor 8270 Greensboro Drive Tysons, VA 22102. The objective of this Request for Proposal is to identify an audiovisual (AV) vendor who will implement a full audiovisual solution for FCEDA, including all hardware and installation. Firm fixed pricing shall be provided for the project management throughout the duration of the project and pricing shall be provided for the scopes of work in the RFP which will serve as a baseline for the AV budget and design. FCEDA has identified the following areas that will require AV systems: o One (1) Large Conference Room with Cafe Overflow o Two (2) Small Conference Rooms o Three (3) Huddle Rooms Interested offerors are asked to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms of this RFP. The FCEDA strongly encourages offerors to submit proposals well in advance of the proposal submission deadline. A proposal submission is not considered successful unless all necessary files have been uploaded and the 'Submit & Finalize' step has been completed.
