Demolition, site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 54,000-square-foot, three-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

All scopes of work are bidding in this package (except for Structural precast supply, structural/misc. steel supply, plumbing/HVAC, and electrical which were bid and awarded in Bid Package #1). The project is located in Lincoln, NE and is an approximately 54,000 sf new 3 story building to replace the current Malone Center building at the same location. The project is scheduled to begin with the demo of the existing building in March of 2024 with completion of the new building in the Summer of 2025. This is NOT a tax exempt project. Sales tax is to be INCLUDED in your bid.
