Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and playground / park / athletic field.

The Elmhurst Park District intends to contract for the 2024 Paving Improvements Project in Elmhurst, IL. The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees hereby to commence the Work of the 2024 Paving Improvements Contract Documents on July 8, 2024, and shall fully 100% complete the Work by August 23, 2024 The scope of the project includes demolition & construction of asphalt paving, concrete curbs & paving, pavement striping & markings, fencing, and park restoration. ALL BIDS SHALL BE LUMPSUM PRICING This is a Prevailing Wage schedule project. The contractor and all sub-contractors are required to pay the prevailing wage for DuPage/Cook Counties for the life of the project and are responsible for keeping up with any changes.
