Leslie Road DGLVR Project or Robena Road DGLVR Project LESLIE ROAD DGLVR PROJECT - Includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace an existing culvert pipe on Leslie Road with a structural plate aluminum box culvert, install grade breaks in the stream, construct rip rap lined drainage ditch, and install a storm cross pipe. ROBENA ROAD DGLVR PROJECT - Includes the labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install approximately 650 LF of 18/24 diameter storm pipe with inlets and construct approximately 650 LF of rip rap lined ditch. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Township Engineer. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to Monongahela Township. The bid envelope must be clearly marked LESLIE ROAD DGLVR PROJECT or ROBENA ROAD DGLVR PROJECT. Monongahela Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the LESLIE ROAD DGLVR PROJECT OR ROBENA ROAD DGLVR PROJECT. Awarded bidder shall provide 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond and 100% Maintenance Bond for the project. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day.
