Site work for a water / sewer project in East Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
2024 Sanitary Sewer Line Cleaning & Televising. Bids Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, or Satisfactory Bid Bond, Made Payable to or Naming as Obligee, North Londonderry Township in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount of the Base Bid. Scope of Work: a. Sanitary sewer cleaning. (See attached map noting all proposed lines within boundaries). All work must be completed by November 30, 2024. 2. Related Work: a. Sanitary sewer televising & video/paper documentation (see attached spreadsheet for paper documentation requirements). 3. Protection: a. Cleaning Precautions: Precautions shall be taken to insure that the water pressure created does not damage or cause flooding of private property being served by the sewer. 4. Work on Private Property or in Rights of Ways: a. Permission to work on private property or obtaining rights-of-way, if required, will be secured by the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall protect from damage all property including land, trees, shrubs, fences, and other existing improvements and replace in kind all those damaged as a result of CONTRACTORs operations.
