2025 Paving Projects A price escalator clause for all bituminous products will be recognized in the bid for this project. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the municipality. This is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, P.L. 987, as amended and supplemented, and appropriate minimum wage rates must be paid by the contractor for performance of all necessary work. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. The contractor shall also comply with Act 127 of 2012. East Hanover Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or bidding irregularities, to delete or reduce any Bid Item, and to award the Contract as may be deemed by the Supervisors to be in their best interest.
