Site work for a swimming pool in Glendale Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
Paint Removal for the Zero Depth Pool and Plunge Pool at the GH20 Aquatic Center. The Bond Must Be With a Bonding Com- Pany Acceptable to the Vil- Lage of Glendale Heights. A Bid Security Shall Be a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Bank Draft, or Cashier's Check in an Amount of 5% of the Contract Total. The Successful Bidder Shall Furnish a Satisfactory Per- Formance Bond Within Ten (10) Business Days After No- Tification of the Bid Award in an Amount Not to Exceed One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Bid Price. The Village of Glendale Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the Aquatic Center to view the pools. Please contact Cheryl,reachable at 630-909-5393 to arrange a site visitation with Chuck Dymbrowski. Appointments to be scheduled January 23, 2024 – January 30, 2024.
