The City of Kelowna is seeking a contractor to upgrade the Knox Mountain First Lookout. The work involves decommissioning a portion of the existing asphalt parking lot at the Lower Lookout in Knox Mountain Park and converting it into a gathering space and viewpoint. The improvements include a gathering plaza with a small stage for casual and event use, gabions with wooden bench tops, bear-proof waste receptacles, and signposts.
