Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan (the "District") invites Proposals for the provision of landscape maintenance services (the "Services") for the following District-owned locations: RDCO Main Administration Office located at 1450 KLO Road, Kelowna Dog Pound located at 890 Weddel Place, Kelowna WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) located at 4261 Gellatly Rd S, West Kelowna The Services will be provided for three 'growing seasons', with the total contract term commencing on March 1, 2024, and expiring on December 31, 2026. The contract term may be extended by a further two-year extension period (to December 31, 2028), at the District's sole option and subject to mutual agreement between the District and Contractor on pricing and terms for the extension period.
