For this, we are seeking design and build partners who have the ability and interest in this big opportunity. Because markets have limited resources, we want feedback from those who can manage linear infrastructure projects (roads, sewer, water and drainage) on what the City should do to increase our chances of finding design and build partners who can complete more infrastructure projects.
