Site work for a mixed-use development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Through this Request for Proposal (Opportunity), the City of Kelowna, here after referred to as the “City”, invites proposals for the construction of a 650 meter Active Transportation Corridor (ATC) between Dilworth Drive and Hwy 97. Approximately 700m of a protected bike facility between Dilworth Drive and Highway No. 97, including the following items: 1,500m concrete curbing 1,500m concrete bike path banding 1,600m2 concrete sidewalk 170m2 patterened, colored concrete mountable aprons (Three Smart-Right channelization areas) 7,500m2 asphalt milling 500m2 Road widening 12,200m2 hot-mix paving, including 1,600m2 overlay 150m Storm pipe Streetlighting and traffic signal work Traffic Markings and Signage Boulevard landscaping and irrigation Documents can be obtained from https://kelowna.bonfirehub.ca/portal/
