The project site is located immediately downstream of the intersection of Valley Street and Litchfield Street in Springfield, Vermont. Primary work components include demolition and removal of the existing concrete spillway and walls, excavation and hauling of accumulated sediment, furnishing gravel and stone for new stream channel, construction of stream channel, seeding and mulching.
