The College of Fine Arts (COFA) Facilities Renewal project is a transformational building initiative to the North College Green area on Ohio University s campus. The project includes multiple connected projects to deliver a co-located program inclusive of new construction of the Patton Performing Arts Center, a major renovation of Seigfred Hall, and multiple smaller renovations across campus and expansions of nearby buildings. Ohio University has developed an existing innovative space strategy and POR. The consultant will validate the POR and develop design through construction. The space strategy includes several interdisciplinary multi-use spaces that design will need to accommodate. The project is a series of projects that all work together to deliver and meet the College of Fine Arts program needs. Facilities will become interdependent as the college goes from a model of building by school, to co-locations across the portfolio with spaces that are designed for multi-purpose use by function. Paper copies of the Statement of Qualifications, if requested, should be stapled only. Do not use special bindings or coverings of any type. Cover letters and transmittals are not necessary.
