Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Springfield, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Hoerr Construction Inc but no awarded amount available.** Remediate Site and Demolish Buildings 250-545-002 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Scope of Work provides for the remediation and demolition of the indicated portions of Building 4, 5 and 6 and associated site elements cleared to prepare for the highspeed rail Right of Way that will divide the site. The scope also includes two entrance additions, the construction of a new exterior wall, and the repair of brick masonry uncovered after building demolition. A new electrical service and transformer is included in the scope for Building 6, and the existing electrical service room will be relocated in Building 1. Building 6 and 7 will require a new water service for domestic and fire. Existing water service to the building will be relocated. Site work includes rework of utilities and redesign of the divided parking lot, including a new drive to access the existing south entrance of Building 6.
