Furnish Cradelpoint Modems, Maintenance, and Installation to the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility Department. Questions regarding this ITB will be submitted in writing via email to wwpur@muni.org. Written questions will be received no later than 12:00 P.M. Alaska Time, January 24, 2024. Questions will include the Buyer's name, the ITB number and ITB Title, on the subject line. Period of performance will be on an "as required" basis from the date the modems are installed through 60 months, unless terminated sooner. All work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. All items must be delivered no later than February 29, 2024. Bids indicating a delivery date which exceeds the Required Delivery Date may be considered non-responsive. Bids not in compliance with the above requirements may be declared non-responsive and held unopened by the Purchasing Department. The MOA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
