ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: Between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 A bid bond in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount of the base bid will be required (cash, personal or business checks are unacceptable). The successful Contractor shall be required to furnish 100 percent performance and payment bonds.
