RFQ- Engineering Evaluation and Feasibility for The Modernization of the Seligman Sanitary District Facilities Yavapai County is seeking a firm to conduct a planning and preliminary design study to modernize and rehabilitate the Seligman Sanitary Sewer System. The existing system has exceeded its useful life and the County is seeking solutions to upgrade the infrastructure to modern standards. It is anticipated that planning and preliminary design efforts will include: assessment and recommendations for the existing collection system, coordination efforts between adjacent entities and regulatory agencies, exploring the expansion potential of the system, determining treatment options at the terminus of the system, prioritizing improvements for the district, and creating a design concept report for all aspects of the study.
