Goldens Bridge Fire District Towns Of Lewisboro, Somers, And North Salem Westchester County, New York The Goldens Bridge Fire District Is Accepting Sealed Bids For The Renovation Of The Second Floor Kitchen Area, Entailing Minor Interior Work In The Kitchen, Ceiling Removal In Part Of The Apparatus Room, Ceiling Replacement In The Same Area, New Access Door Or Doors And Necessary, New Concrete Slab, Removal And Legal Disposal Of Certain Plumbing Items, Including But Not Limited To Grease Traps And Interceptors, Heat Tracing Controllers, Installation Of New Plumbing Items, And Other Relevant Items And Work, Within An Existing Kitchen And Other Areas At The Goldens Bridge Fire House Located At 254 Waccabuc Road, Goldens Bridge, Ny 10526. The Purchaser Shall Be The Sole Judge As To Whether Any Bid Complies With The Intent Of The Specifications, And As Such, Will Award The Contract To The Bidder Who Offers The Kitchen Renovation Bid That Is Most Advantageous To The Needs Of The Purchaser. The Fire District Reserves The Right To Waive Any Irregularities Or Informalities In Any Bid, To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Bids, To Award The Contract To Other Than The Lowest Bidder Or To Advertise Anew, If In The Judgment Of The Goldens Bridge Fire District, It Is In Their Best Interests To Do So. Each Bidder Will Be Required In Its Submission Of A Sealed Proposal To Comply With The Contents Of Instructions To Bidders And All Applicable Laws Of The State Of New York Relative To The Preparation And Submission Of Bids.
