This project will require demolition contractors with the necessary experience and a proven track record of successfully completing projects with similar or comparable complexities. These projects must be completed within critical schedules in order to meet the Owner's schedule commitments for activities to support the academic calendar of the campus. Project Description This project will include the demolition of the SSB Tower on UMSL's north campus. The SSB Tower is 13 floors and approximately 40,000 sqft. Only prequalified demolition contractors will be allowed to perform the critical demolition efforts when the Social Sciences & Business Building is advertised for demolition. The anticipated bid date will be early March.
