This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) serves as a pre-qualification for professional services related to Greenway Technology Master Planning Consulting Services. This RFQ process will identify a qualified vendor or team to support Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) through development of a comprehensive and attainable Technology Master Plan for GRG's Brickline and Hodiamont Greenway Program(s). GRG is committed to a collaborative community building journey with community, neighborhood stakeholders and city. This collaborative approach serves as the cornerstone for advancing key initiatives that will shape the future of the greenways within the neighborhoods they will traverse. GRG recognizes the critical role that innovative and strategic technological initiatives can play in advancing our mission and serving the community effectively. These projects are an opportunity to leverage construction of new infrastructure in public spaces to enhance mobility, accessibility and connectivity while promoting health and well-being for the community. Upon completion, this strategic guide will lay out a project roadmap and become a living document to guide GRG staff, contractors and consultants working on the project. It will include a high-level implementation plan with practical steps for achieving the goals and initiatives established in the first Greenway Technology Master Plan. Answers will be posted to the GRG website and emailed to all known recipients of the RFQ by 4:00 P.M. CST on Thursday, February 01, 2024. There will be an optional 30-minute informational session regarding this RFQ. Registration is required. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
