Material handling machinery and equipment including lifting equpiment and accessories and conveyors and accessories Granite School District is soliciting competitive bids from qualified vendors to provide Genie Lift Inspections and Maintenance/Repairs. Read through attached Job Specifications for all bid requirements. All bid questions must be submitted electronically through Sciquest. o It is the exclusive right of GSD to choose any, all or none of any requested alternates. o Terms and conditions are nonnegotiable. Any questions regarding terms and conditions are to be submitted prior to IFB due date. Attempts to take exception to any terms and conditions will render the bid non responsive. Any additional terms or conditions submitted by the bidder will be discarded, will not be considered and will not become a part of any contract that results from this IFB. o GSD reserves the right to award to award to the next low bidder if for any reason the low bid is not responsive, is withdrawn, rejected, disqualified or the bidder fails to perform.
