MacDonald Building - 344 Edmonton Street, Winnipeg 8. Freshwater Institute (All buildings)-501 University Cres., Winnipeg 9. Winnipeg Records Centre - 1700 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg 10. RCMP D Division (All buildings) - 1091 Portage Ave., Winnipeg 11. Revenue Canada - 201 Weston Street, Winnipeg SK Building sites: 1. GOCB Regina 1975 Scarth St, Regina 2. GOCB Saskatoon 101 22 Street E Saskatoon 3. Income Tax Building - 1955 Smith St, Regina 4. Alvin Hamilton Building - 1783 Hamilton St, Regina AB/NWT Building site: 1. RCMP-K Division - 11140 109 Street NW, Edmonton 2. Greenstone Building - 5101 50 Avenue, Yellowknife 3. Henry Larsen / RCMP-G5010 49 Avenue, Yellowknife 4. Inuvik - 187 Mackenzie Road 5. Fort Simpson- 9606 100 Street 6. Fort Smith - 149 McDougald Road. 7. Hay River - 41 Capital Dr. The Contractor shall ensure the services are performed and completed by capable staff experienced in such work and, possessing and maintaining all applicable certificates and licenses required by the appropriate controlling agencies and jurisdictions. Ensure that all contractors visiting the sites, have appropriate Security Clearance for the buildings, and in tenant locations, with minimum PSPC Designated Organizational Security (DOS), and Reliability Status for their employees. Note, some tenants may require more stringent security requirements. For RCMP Buildings - For all RCMP locations there is a further requirement to hold a valid RCMP FA2 clearance for all individuals working on site. Contractor must hold a valid RCMP Security Clearance to perform HVAC preventative maintenance Services at RCMP sites.
