Reference Number 0000263166 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of poured concrete slab, material and labour at Transcona and/or Brookside Cemetery in accordance with the specifications attached for the period from date of award until March 15, 2025, with the option of four (4) mutually agreed upon one (1) year extensions. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: D2.2.1 The Contractor shall supply material and labour to pour concrete slabs at Transcona and/or Brookside Cemetery in accordance with the requirements hereinafter specified. (a) Supply and install all wood formwork; (b) Supply and install 8'' (in) of gravel, which shall be compacted as per attached drawings; (c) Supply and install rebar as per attached drawings; (d) Supply and install concrete as per attached drawings; (e) Provide control joints as per attached drawings; (f) Remove all forms from the City of Winnipeg property after the work is completed; (g) Contractor is responsible for the excavation of the site and will backfill after the completion of work; (h) Contractor to ensure top of concrete slab is level to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator; and (i) If slab being poured is to be a replacement of existing slab, the removal of existing slab will be done by City of Winnipeg.
