Victory Building - 269 Main Street, Winnipeg AB/NWT Building site: 1. RCMP-K Division - 11140 109 Street NW, Edmonton AB 2. GOCB Inuvik - 187 Mackenzie Road, Inuvik NT 3. GOCB Fort Simpson-9606 100 Street, Fort Simpson NT 4. GOCB Fort Smith - 149 McDougald Road. Fort Smith NT 5. GOCB Hay River - 41 Capital Dr. Hay River NT To refresh service contracts for Air Compressors and Oil Interceptors Maintenance Services Maintenance Services within the Western Region of the RP1 portfolio The Contractor shall ensure the services are performed and completed by capable staff experienced in such work and, possessing and maintaining all applicable certificates and licenses required by the appropriate controlling agencies and jurisdictions. Ensure that all contractors visiting the sites, have appropriate Security Clearance for the buildings, and in tenant locations, with minimum PSPC Designated Organizational Security (DOS), and Reliability Status for their employees. Note, some tenants may require more stringent security requirements. For RCMP Buildings - For all RCMP locations there is a further requirement to hold a valid RCMP FA2 clearance for all individuals working on site. Contractor must hold a valid RCMP Security Clearance to perform Air Compressors and Oil Interceptors preventative maintenance Services at RCMP sites.
