All work to be completed according to the attached Statement of Work. : United States Coast Guard Station Pensacola is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms to repair/replace damaged sections of drywall at 3760 at Station Pensacola. After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting the work at Coast Guard Station Pensacola . A Firm-Fixed Price construction contract will be issued to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following unless noted below: 1. All work in this contract shall be completed in Building 3760 Station Pensacola, Pensacola, FL 2. Contractor shall repair or replace all damaged drywall sections in galley. 3. Contractor shall repair or replace all fallen dry wall tape in the galley area, as well as remud or texture entire ceiling with knockdown texture. 4. Contractor shall repair all damaged drywall around light fixtures. 5. Contractor shall retexture (knockdown texture) apply stain block to all discolored areas prep prime and paint 600sqft ceiling with low VOC flat white ceiling paint. 6. Contractor shall provide dumpster and shall be responsible for all cleanup of the project area. 7. Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the dumpster once the project is complete. 8. Contractor shall protect all equipment and merchandise in work locations. 9. All work must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative.
