Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses, and insurance necessary to replace approximately 3,350 sq ft of a wood shingle roof to include gutters and flashings of the Kingsley Plantation House Timucuan Ecological & Historic Preserve located in Jacksonville, FL.
